With a considerable downgrade to the forecasts, I think it’s safe to say that this no longer qualifies as “Snowmageddon”.
We have 2.5CM down now, which is much less then what was expected at this time.
The forecsts have been shifting yet again and it seems that much of the overnight snow has disappeared or changed to rain.
We have delayed our operators until 6am as we might have at least 10cm by then which is when we usually start first passes on larger storms like this.
Snow should really pick up as we get started with a possible 3cm/hour from 6am to 9am.
