Keeping a Close Eye – Nov 22 8AM

While November has been great so far with some unseasonably warm temperatures, it seems like that has come to an end and our first snow storm is just around the corner.

There is a incoming Colorado Low that will be approaching throughout the day with some mixed precipitation starting late this afternoon and into the evening.

Most weather services are calling for snow in the 10-15cm range with snow and rain mixed together since we are hovering just around the freezing mark. With the ground not being frozen yet and the mixed precipitation, we do not expect to see nearly that much on the ground but likely still enough to trigger our services.

We will update again later this afternoon as the snow starts to fall.
