The Shoveler is responsible for manually clearing snow from areas that the tractor cannot reach,
including walkways, steps, and entryways. This role is essential for ensuring that all aspects of a
property are safely and thoroughly cleared of snow, providing customers with complete and
satisfactory service.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Shovel snow from walkways, steps, and other areas not accessible by tractors.
- Assist the tractor operator in clearing areas around vehicles, garages, decks, and other
obstacles as required. - Communicate with the team to ensure all areas are covered and no areas are missed.
- Maintain shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment in good working condition.
- Respond to customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
- Inform dispatch of any missed driveways or visible damage to our client’s properties
- Help other members of the team complete tasks as required or directed by the Operations
Manager. - Adhere to safety standards to avoid injuries or damage to customer property.
Requirements - Valid driver’s license (G)
- Own transportation
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual snow removal for extended periods.
- Ability to work in cold, snowy, and icy conditions.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Availability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by weather
conditions.
