Snow started around 8:00 p.m. and intensified quickly, with brief periods of near blizzard conditions and snowfall rates up to 3 cm/hour.

As of 4:00 a.m., we’re measuring approximately 10–12 cm on the ground with some drifting. Operators began a first pass at 3:00 a.m. and shovel teams start at 6:00 a.m.

We have confirmed City graders will begin residential streets around 8:00 a.m. We will be following behind them to clear driveway windrows.
