Yesterday’s system brought on-and-off flurries for nearly 15 hours, but totals remained low — we only measured about 3 cm across Orléans and Beacon Hill.

As a result, we will be servicing Ultra clients today in accordance with the 2.5 cm trigger.

If anyone is interested in upgrading, we still have limited space available for the Ultra service package. Our office team will be available to assist with sign-ups and questions — phone lines will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. during service today.

Main street properties: Due to higher traffic volumes, changing road conditions, and frequent City activity (plows/grader passes), we strongly recommend the Ultra 2.5 cm package for homes located on main roads.
