January 23, 2026 | Morning Update – Courtesy Cleanup Following City Graders

January 23, 2026 • 9:32 am

Good morning,

Just after we had everything nice and clean, Mother Nature decided to throw a couple quick snow squalls at Orléans overnight. Accumulation is ranging anywhere from 1 cm to 4 cm across our territory depending on where the squalls tracked.

While this does not meet our 5 cm service trigger, we’ve confirmed the City graders have decided to complete a full residential street clean-up today. Because of that, we will be following behind them to clear driveway windrows, and will complete a courtesy pass on driveways at the same time.

Shovelling will only be dispatched for Ultra 2.5 cm clients, since we have not reached the 5 cm trigger for standard service.

Operators have been staggering in this morning and should all be on the road by 9:30 a.m.

Thanks for your patience,
The Worry Free Team
