What are your hours of operation?

Our regular hours of operation are 9AM-5PM, Monday to Friday. Of course this changes during snow events and can include evenings, early mornings, and weekends when we are in the middle of our snowblowing operations.

I know that you will be busy during a snowstorm, but will there be someone to answer my call?

Absolutely. During a snowstorm we have a fully staffed call center to answer any questions you might have and handle concerns as quickly as possible. In 2017, we upgraded our phone system to perform similar to a major call center which you can find pre-recorded messages with updates about our start times for both shovel teams and tractor operators. We also regularly post information updates on Facebook and in the yellow notification bar found at the bottom of the screen on this site.

How else can I reach you?

If it is an non-urgent request, please email us at office@wfsnow.com. Otherwise, please navigate to the online service you require:

You may also look to see if your question has already been answered in our Knowledge Base.

I tried to reach you through Facebook but no one answered me.

Our Facebook page is for information purposes only. The inbox is not monitored,  and we ask that our customers please contact our office by phone, 613-837-4556 or email office@wfsnow.com to speak with one of our staff members.

One of your (operators, shovelers, office staff, managers) was so helpful and I’d like to submit a compliment.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, we love to hear great things about our team! To leave a compliment, simply head over to our Compliment Hub and tell us about your great experience.
