What happens if something gets damaged?
If accidental damage to property occurs during clearing, our operators and shovelers are required to report it to the office. But because we sometimes have to clear overnight, an operator may not be aware of any damage caused. We request that customers report any damage incurred as soon as possible so it can be verified and remedied.
How do I report damage?
Simply head over to our Damage Reporting Center and fill out the form provided. Alternatively, you may call us at 613-837-4556 to report damage to your property.
When will the damage be repaired?
Worry Free will typically make any non urgent repairs in the spring. More urgent repairs will be resolved immediately. Worry Free Snowblowing has an excellent reputation for repairs.
